“No conversation logs” refers to chatbot conversation content. Limited account, technical, cookie, or analytics may still be processed to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

Conversation privacy

Your chat content is processed to generate a response inside the active session. OverControl is designed so conversation content is:
  • not stored as persistent chat history;
  • not maintained as internal chat logs;
  • not used for model training;
  • not available for later review;
  • not recoverable after removal.
This gives you a private AI workspace without creating a permanent record of every prompt, draft, or response.
If you need to keep important work, use export or create a controlled share link before the session is removed.

Document privacy

Uploaded documents are processed during the active session so OverControl can answer questions, summarize content, or extract information. OverControl is designed so uploaded document content is:
  • processed only for the task you request;
  • not stored as a permanent file library;
  • not used to train models;
  • removed after the active session ends.
This makes document analysis useful for sensitive work without turning uploaded files into long-term platform storage.

Web access without unnecessary exposure

Web search is useful when you need current information, external sources, or public references. OverControl is designed to bring external information into your private session without exposing your full workspace context. Use web access when outside sources can improve the answer.

Secure sharing

Sharing gives someone access to a conversation through a controlled link. When you share a conversation, you can choose an expiration time and add a password if the content needs extra protection.

Expiring links

Choose how long the shared conversation should remain available.

Optional password

Add a password when the conversation contains sensitive information.

One-click sharing

Create a link quickly without copying content into another tool.
Anyone with the share link, and the password if one is set, may be able to view the shared conversation until the link expires.

Local exports

Exporting lets you save a local copy of a conversation before it is removed. This is useful when you need to keep a record, preserve a draft, or continue work later. Once exported, the copy is under your control. OverControl cannot protect files stored on your device, email, cloud drive, or shared folders.
Use sharing for temporary access by someone else. Use export when you need your own local copy.
